What delivery options are available?

• La Vela Beachwear ships worldwide and provides Standard shipping options.
• All orders are sent by Bulgarian Post Services and require a signature.
• The shipping fee is flat rate – 10 Euro.
• Delivery time is 5-14 working days
• Your order will be trackable and you will receive tracking number by email. If you do not receive one, please email [email protected]

* Please, note that La Vela Beachwear does not take responsibility for lost/missing packages that has been successfully delivered to the correct shipping address provided at checkout.

When will my order be processed?

• The orders are sent at timely manner
• All orders received from Monday through Friday by 15:00h are processed the same day.
• All orders received on weekends or national holidays are processed the next business day
• Orders are not processed on weekends and Bulgarian national holidays.

Do I have to pay custom fees?

• All orders are sent from our warehouse in Bulgaria (EU)
• Delivery to European Union addresses is not subject to customs or import fees
• You may be charged fees and taxes depending on your country custom policies.
• The customer is liable for all import duties, customs and taxes.
