How do I return an order?

• Please, send an email to contact@lavelabeachwear.com
• Fill in the Return Form 
• You will receive confirmation email with shipping instructions

What items are subject to return?

• You can return your order within 14 days of receipt of your order
• La Vela Beachwear gives full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
• Items must be in original packaging with all labels and hygiene seal remaining in place
• Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way.

Can I keep some items from my order?

• The full set must be returned (top and bottom).
• We cannot issue refunds for a partial return of a top or bottom

Are there any charges for return?

• Original shipping fee is non refundable
• The customer is responsible for return shipping fee
• We suggest to use trackable service

*Please, note La Vela Beachwear is not responsible if the package is lost/missing and is not obliged to issue refund in that matter.

When I will get my refund?

• Once, we receive and check your return, we will notify you by email whether your request is approved or declined.
• If all conditions are met, you will receive your refund in 10 working days.
